Written and directed by Meyers’ daughter Hallie Meyers, HOME AGAIN stars Reese Witherspoon and features the coziest Spanish hacienda style home. If you’re a design geek, Nancy Meyers fan, or coastal decorator, you’ll love it. Reese’s character (Alice Kinney) is an interior designer so there’s that too!. It’s beyond silly, but, design detail sticklers like us notice…OMG, that’s my dish soap and hand soap near Reese Witherspoon’s sink in the movie (huge Murchison-Hume fan here for years)!
The film was shot in a 1929 Spanish-style hacienda in Brentwood, California, and interiors were designed by production designer Ellen Brill. Set decoration was by Nicole Cates.
What’s to love? Happy pinks and blues mingle with comfy, casual, California style.
