Spring and summery blues always catch my eye this time of year because they are a sort of signal that grey skies will soon clear.

In keeping with Southern traditions, the designer of this sweet little home (Brandon Ingram) gave it a haint blue ceiling with SHERWIN-WILLIAMS Waterscape.

Do note how the designer left the front porch unscreened to allow for maximum sunlight. “No matter how good the screen is, it will always cast at least a little bit of shade. Here, I wanted the shadows and the sunlight to play on the front,” he says.
