This enchanting and newly re-designed property is located on 65 acres of a working farm with pears as well as sunflowers!
It was important to homeowner, Shauna Varvel, that the finishes in the renovation be traditional. Thus, Dordogne stone floors cover the main level while reclaimed antique terracotta floors grace the upper level.

Moi aussi!!! Bon weekend, friend. xox
Okay My Darling Michelle,
This is probably the finest post (I love them all) you have ever made…the opulent elegance, the stunning simplicity, the copper, the kitchen statuary!, the blue, the gardens, the gravel, the cool stone flooring, the bathrooms, the textiles, topiaries, even the music in the video…..be still my heart! Honestly, you took me to Heaven for a little while and then some. I will be dreaming of this beautiful location for quite some time. I so needed this. You truly gave me peace right where I am. I know that is in your heart and I believed you, and it worked. It truly worked. You took me away, even if just for a little while. So, thank you. Thank you so much, it was like medicine for my soul.
Sending soft Angel hugs,
Suzanne
I wish we knew who did the music in the video.

You’re beautiful, and I’m so glad you’re here. Angel hugs are always appreciated, and I will research the music. Peace to you and bon weekend! xox
Is this beautiful farmhouse available to stay at or is it strictly a family residence? I couldn’t tell, because of the mention of 2 chefs and housekeeping. It’s so stunningly beautiful!
