Your quote “And life can be lifey” is the best quote on here! Ha! But all these were fun to read and good for the soul. Especially loved & related to the 18th century one, your’s about caller ID-hahaha!, the peacock, the shipping a package one, expiration dates-I’m totally the one who KNOWS the food is fine long past that date-hahaha!, and last but not least …my toxic trait…TOTALLY relate to that one! That truly IS my toxic trait & I’d never realized it till I read that quote! Hahaha! Thanks for a good laugh today!

Thank you so much for engaging with these and for your excellent sense of humor (I think at this age, we ALL have a one-off sense of humor…we have seen everything, heard just about everything, and realized truth is always stranger than fiction and more nutty than fiction!). xox
Haha, Michele, I am going to leave this post up all day so I can continue to laugh out loud periodically! Thank you for that! Also, so I can be tempted by all of the pretty things that I want to buy in this post. Hope you’re having a feel good day and staying cool and not getting too tired from working on your house. xo

Thanks for giggling with me, Pam. Hope your week has been gentle. I tire easily from the work these days, but I can handle that sort of exhaustion, ya know? It’s the unexplained fatigue of those tough days that is so annoying. We are making steady progress on the kitchen, and someday I will look back at these months of camping out in chaos and hopefully see that it was worth it!
