I am an autumn girl. Not only I was born in Octobre. The colors of that season are also my favorites for clothes and
reflect perhaps a bit my attributes too. Waiting for the evening hours where I can lit the candles and have a glass of red wine and cuddle in a cozy blanket with an interesting book. These behaviours are so different to the summer months. Finally again….looove this time of the year the most although my husband called me a “Grufti”(goth)haha
Mmmmmmmm your idea of keepin it cozy sounds wonderful. I was always a summer girl and love my white linen. But living in the woods has changed me. Autumn is so much more alive and dynamic. All the creatures of the wood keep me entertained. All of the berries attract so many birds, and it becomes acceptable to make apple crisp at least once a week! Thanks for adding to the beauty here, goth girl.

perhaps I became a goth girl because I live already too long in the tropic. But nothing against
crispy linen, which I also love in white for my bedding in winter.
Thank you for this beautiful post I love the calico in the window box. As I type this comment I have my
calico sitting in my lap. Love autumn with the cooler temperatures and the beautiful leaves. My favorite autumn day is enjoying a cup of really good New England chowder and staring out at the ocean. Pure bliss. I hope you and your son are recovering. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for providing a tranquil place to visit.
I’m so happy to have you here adding to the beauty. Don’t laugh at this, but I totally forgot about chowder! We used to order it all the time many years ago before our GI issues. It disappeared from my radar, and now you are reminding me of what a delicious comfort food it was! I will be daydreaming now about a low fat chowder recipe to google or develop. Hahahaha. We are both getting there and appreciate the prayers so much. xox

Glad you are both recovering. Chowder is now off my radar due to health reasons, but a girl can dream of days passed. 😊
Thanks so much. Yes! And how in the world did I forget about chowder for years maybe (same thing happened when someone mentioned Beef Stroganoff…I was like OMG I haven’t thought of stroganoff in more than a decade! Hahahahaha). 🙂
