Timeless Refined Belgian Design, Enchanting Gardens and Bespoke Interiors
I hope our friend Greet Lefèvre doesn’t tire of my gushing and love letters because there will never be enough synonyms for LOVELY to decorate any post spotlighting her charming designs.
A Decade of Belgian Inspiration
She has been delighting us with so much rich Belgian style over the past decade, and it’s forever a pleasure to direct others to the site she authors (Belgian Pearls) as well as her family business, Lefèvre Interiors.

Ahhh, thank you for this loveliness in my inbox this morning! I’m a longtime fan of Belgian Pearls but you have shown me glimpses into her home that I’ve not seen before. I truly love Belgian design and everything about that beautiful country. In fact, I once wrote a blog post calling it, “The most beautiful country in the world,” which I believe the Belgian countryside to be, and got one of my first nasty comments for it. The person said, if I felt that way about Belgium I must not have traveled much. Well, I’ve been to 49 countries so I believed it was a fair judgement. Anyway, I wish both you and Greet the very best of luck with the awards. That’s so exciting! I voted!
I have not visited Belgium, but I wholeheartedly believe I would agree with you because I am drawn to so many Belgian sensibilities, and even my sons feel drawn to Belgium so there must be something to it! Greet is a superstar and just the most chic, successful, and down to earth dynamo. I cannot even imagine blogging in a language that is not my mother tongue – what a goddess. Negative comments. Oy. We must meet someday and trade stories. I have learned if your blog is growing, it comes with the territory, and your blog is outstanding so I can only imagine! Thank you for voting and playing along! 🙂

Love all the natural Belgian beauty and simplicity/elegance! Thanks for 8 mins more of it in the video you shared! Thoroughly enjoyed the video… for the beauty of the music playing as much as the beauty of the interiors/exteriors!! What is the music on that video? I’d love to know. If you’ve ever watched Band of Brothers, I think it is the same music used in that. Lovely, all of it!!
I will find out for you, Amy! Thank you for bringing your gorgeous spirit here and journeying with me as we greet all this Belgian loveliness. I cannot imagine living in a work of art as Greet does – what must all of that serenity and timelessness add to a mundane day???? Peace to you. xox
