If you saw my post about the gorgeous light blue kitchen (Farrow & Ball “Light Blue” to be more accurate) in the 2017 Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens, then you may remember the homeowner’s favorite color is blue so it appears throughout this elegant home.

The kitchen cabinets are light blue, and the hue shows up in upholstery in the breakfast dining area as well as curtains on a poster bed, sofas, and drapes.

I am also a huge fan of blue, and particularly, those quiet light blues that feel oceanic or like heavenly skies…so today you’ll see touches of blue and white in the inspiring interiors of the showhouse.

Sending peace across the miles, Susan, and a wish for happy holidays for you and yours. 🙂
I am loving the soft blues in this post. My home has a lot of earthy tones that I am slowly lightening up so I am enjoying all this inspiration!
