While I have been sharing design inspiration and ideas for a black kitchen for many years, only now is the public’s appetite nearly surpassing that for white kitchens. Here are a handful of colors to sample along with an eclectic range of designs to consider.

For the last decade, I have been writing commentary about the American kitchen becoming more of a custom living space than a room to cook food, and suddenly that concept is echoed everywhere.
I think any resistance to the idea is simply from folks with limited creativity or imagination and think only the rich or those who can boast spacious real estate can achieve a bespoke look.
