I hope it’s okay these soul tending quotes and reflections are far from the lighthearted whimsy more often shared here. There’s so much happening in the culture around us. Not sure about you, but most days I feel challenged with my capacity, with my supply of resilience and maturity. I would call my attempts to stay hopeful wobbly at best.
Soul Tending QUOTES for Your Journey
We need each other. Wonder, beauty, and laughter help a great deal.
And we need reminders that our souls are precious, that healing is rarely tidy or convenient.
Maybe an inspiring quote will feel like a doorway to a fresh perspective.
I hope a contemplative moment awaits where the eyes of our hearts glimpse something new.
I find that inspirational words of wisdom and encouragement can soothe in that they supply language to navigate new chapters. Doesn’t our emotional vocabulary seem limited when we feel the weight of mystery that is truly beyond words? For me, such mystery is magnified in winter. I long for springtime. For its freshness, its longer days, and its greening. But I also need the stillness winter offers. I need lessons of endurance before all of the budding and blooming ahead. The truth is, if left to my own devices, everything would stay tidy and well-preserved. This is not the divine way. So just now, with a few weeks before all will thaw, I offer my heart to be taught a bit more before it is renewed. I surrender my fears of: scarcity, pain, and the unforever-ness of everything.
I love you. More quotes to pin RIGHT HERE. Thank you for reading with tenderness. For honoring this imperfect space where our hearts meet.
Peace to you right where you are.

The quote you attributed to Elizabeth Gilbert (The one thing you have…) I believe was actually written by Neil Gaiman.
Thanks for sharing so much from your heart.
