After driving by this humble little white home near downtown Beloit, Wisconsin, with a ‘for sale’ sign in front, I thought you might enjoy peeking inside. If American Country, informal, unfussy and inexpensive decor sizzles your bacon, these Black and White Farmhouse Interiors in a Renovated 1900 Home will too. You’ll also find resources to shop the look for your own home.
Black and White Farmhouse Interiors in a Renovated 1900 Home
For about $250K, this renovated 1900 urban farmhouse with expanses of clean white, black accents, wood floors, shiplap, exposed brick, and new everything is quite the bargain!
The rustic and unfussy neutral interior design elements inside reflect a modern farmhouse state of mind (still going strong thanks to still trending casual decor and lifestyles).

thanks for reading. 🙂
Very nicely done remodel, but a bit cold. I would put natural woven blinds on the windows and keep them pulled up. Being from Wisconsin, the electric line attached to the house like that is so typical. LOL

I agree – it is staged for sale and needs lots of warmth and personality. Great to hear from someone not too far from me in Northern IL! 🙂
