Not exactly a cake walk!

Often I find escape and joy at the piano where I work out a bunch of paradox.

Recently I had an important, difficult decision to make with a deadline fast approaching. Months of anxiety, sleepless nights, pros and cons, research, advice, opinions. I was mentally exhausted and the deadline arrived with a day to spare. Im not extremely religious but at this point I said God tell me what to do, immediately I knew what my decision should be. Now, was this my subconscious sorting everything out, my intuition? Or, was it God? I choose God . . . Every time.
Thank you for your insights Michelle, beautiful . .

Mmmmm. This is beautiful. So mysterious, but there’s something about the moment of surrender that feels so critical. It’s when I have exhausted the resources available to me (and of course I’m always under the impression God is amonst them) and all that remains is the MOST IMPORTANT source. Hahahaha. For me personally, my desperation is the actual gift in these scenarios because that is when the real work gets done since I can be out of the way. Thank you for adding so much meaning here for us with your vulnerable sharing.
