Something’s Gotta Give Kitchen Design Inspiration will explore what we loved then (and now!) about that unforgettable classic black and white kitchen where Diane Keaton’s Erica whipped up pancakes in the wee hours for Jack Nicholson’s Harry Sanborn.

That was one of my all time favorite movies and the kitchen was one of the best things about it, along with the vegetable garden and just about everything else about that house. And didn’t she also have a killer restaurant?

Mine too! You must be referring to the “It’s Complicated” house, yes? Even the vegetable garden had that warm yummy orange like the rooftops. Meryl’s character Jane is a pastry chef in and has a restaurant/business like the Barefoot Contessa. I’m sure they called in Ina in to consult. The movie has all these rich characters living perfect lives so it’s not like I could relate to their actual lives, but that was a relief so I could focus on the visuals! 🙂
I’m looking for the art from Erica’s house in Something’s Gotta Give. Does anyone know where I can find it?
I looked all over for the Rockaway Beach painting from this house and finally found someplace that sells them. Canvas Replicas is the company. Great beach house, great movie!
