If an white on white, tonal, cozy and bright French Nordic country cottage feels welcoming rather than threatening to you, you’ll fall for these glimpses. Most folks associate white interiors and white decor with summer, but if you live with snowy white year round, then you know it is not limited to a single season. A Favorite Contemporary Christmas Hymn
My last post with soulful reflections featured an old French Christmas hymn I love, and ‘Noel’ is also a favorite. If you have not heard this contemporary arrangement, you’re in for a moving experience indeed!

You’re so welcome, Holly. Thinking of you as you gear up for your show! 🙂
This blog is really interesting.
Happy Blogging
Thanks for sharing, Noel! Such beautiful words/music and such beautiful images too! Oh my… we must have watched Sound of Music a million times when my girls were growing up…one of their very favorites…so those lyrics bring back such fond memories.

Yes! I recall Sound of Music being one of those Sunday night movies when I was a kid, and I was always anxious to rush home from Sunday night church to watch it. I sang My Favorite Things in at least one solo contest so it brings back a flood of good memories too. 🙂
I absolutely loved everything about your post. Breathtaking!

I am crazy about their work because it feels so undone and understated! Thanks for reading.
Another example of hardly anything hanging on the walls, & I love that peacefulness. I keep leaning in that direction in our new home & this continues to motivate me. Who’d have thought mostly bare walls is so appealing?! We do have shiplap in living/dining area/kitchen/foyer …so that does add interest on its own. Your posts… always so inspiring in more ways than one!!

So happy to hear that – and I am not surprised you are loving the peacefulness of a spare nest – when you have a colorful imagination, it provides plenty of interest! 🙂
LOVE that cat. 🙂
