   Hi Michele,
   French country is so romantic to me! Love everything about it. Thanks for the info on lavender. I’m really happy with ours, didn’t realize that it lasts year round but it’s still going strong and we’ve had a frigid winter so far!

   Hi Michele! Definitely, I will fall in love with a blue and green collection! Aside from the fact that my favorite color is green and blue. I liked its cleanliness and arrangement. This kitchen is so organized and I wouldn’t even think of leaving them unclean!

       Love this house! And especially love the idea of the unexpected airy woven dining chairs. I think I’m gonna be on the lookout for some of those! Even if they don’t all match perfectly😊Also enjoyed the video you shared with Erin Napier from Laurel, MS. I actually grew up in the small town right next door to Laurel…Hattiesburg, MS. I just discovered Erin within the last couple years. I keep planning to visit her mercantile store the next time I go home to visit family. I love her work and her ideas😊

         That store is also on my list – that couple just exudes a goodness and warmth. Did you know they were contacted my HGTV and asked if they wanted to do a show just from someone seeing their wedding shoot in a magazine? Yep. Now that was amazing casting! Hope this finds you well, friend.

           Wow! I did not know THAT’s how they were discovered…what a story! I bet it was Mississippi Magazine that their wedding pics were featured in…they have a wedding issue each year dedicated just to weddings of folks from MS. Thirty-two years ago (1988) when I got married, they had just started highlighting MS weddings, but it only consisted of a few pics in a small section of the magazine. Our photographer sent in some pics of weddings he had done, and they actually chose a pic from our wedding to feature.❤️ But we didn’t get a TV show from it… dangit! Ha! 😂

     Hi there. I’m pretty sure the walls are plaster and not painted. It’s hard to beat the glow of a gorgeous plaster wall!

     The trim is stained a custom grey/blue/green so we don’t have name to grab off the shelf. If you don’t have luck custom mixing your own stains, sometimes diluting a paint color with water (essentially making a glaze so the wood grain shows through) is an alternative. I have had success doing this with BM Revere Pewter.    Good morning! I really enjoyed your post this morning! I am getting ready to refresh our guest bedroom and I’ve been thinking of adding some blue/green I to the decor. This sealed the deal for me—although I will keep my beloved white as a base, I’m going to add in some blue/green. As always, thanks for the continued inspiration!
